Do you need to cancel or change an order that has not yet entered the shipping process? Find out how to cancel an item from an order or change shipping or billing information.
Canceling Items from an Order
You can cancel your order for any item sold by Option1.in, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
Visit the "View orders" section of My Account. Next to the order which contains the item you wish to cancel, click the "Modify Order" button. If the order has not yet entered the shipping process you will be given the option to edit the order. To cancel an item click the button labeled "Need to change and item?" On the following page you can cancel the item from the order.
Updating Shipping and Billing Information for Your Order
It's easy to revise shipping and billing information for an order you placed with Option1.in, as long as the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
Go to the My Account page and click on the "View orders" link. Click on the order for which you would like to update the billing or shipping information. From here, you can change your shipping address, payment method, shipping method, and billing address by clicking the Edit button next to the relevant listing. For security reasons, when you change your shipping address you will need to re-enter your credit card number.
Did you receive a damaged/tampered or defective item?
If the item has been damaged/tampered or is defective follow the instructions listed here for requesting a replacement and making a return.
Did you receive the wrong item or an item you didn't order?
You can double-check your order by going to My Account, clicking on the "View orders" link and examining the appropriate order. You may also check the packing slip to verify the contents of what was sent to you. If in fact you have received a wrong item, please contact us.
Have you received a duplicate of an item for which you have placed an order?
In this instance we request that you return this product to us. Please follow the instructions for making a return here. If you have noticed a duplicate order in My Account that has not entered the shipping process you may cancel the duplicate before it ships to you.
Are you missing an item?
Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently we may have split your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the packing slip. Visit the relevant order summary in My Account for estimated delivery dates for every shipment associated with your order.
Wondering where your order is?
If you have not yet received your order at all and think that you should have by now, visit the relevant order summary in My Account in the "View orders" section. Here you will find estimated delivery dates and shipment tracking numbers once the carrier has made them available.
